Some examples of character lists I had my freshmen write at the beginning of our rehearsal process for "Love Hurts."

Reflections I had my Viewpoints class fill out in the early stages of the unit. I find that these poetic reflections can reveal as little or as much as the student is comfortable with while still gaining insight into how the subject matter is landing. The brevity of the survey is also less daunting.
